Talk to Us
The simplest way to reach us is by email at letters@outandaboutmarketing.com. Every message lands in a shared inbox that all four writers read, and the person closest to your subject replies.
Good reasons to write
- You spotted a mistake. Tell us which article and which sentence. If a platform has changed a setting or a rule since we wrote about it, that is especially useful to know.
- Something was unclear. If you read a guide twice and still could not follow a step, the fault is probably ours, and we would like to fix it.
- A subject is missing. Many of our pieces began as a reader's question. Tell us what you were trying to do and where you got stuck.
- You want to quote us. Short passages with a credit and a link are fine; for anything longer, ask first.
What we cannot do
We are writers, not consultants, so we are unable to review your marketing, plan a campaign, manage a profile or represent your business to the press. We also cannot give personal advice on investments, tax or legal questions. For those, a qualified professional who can look at your situation properly is the right person to ask.
We will never ask for passwords, card details or login codes, so please do not include them. If someone claiming to be from this site asks for them, it is not us.
What to expect
We answer as many messages as we can, usually within a week or so. Corrections get priority. When a message leads to a change in an article, we update the page and its modified date.
How we treat the details in your email is explained in the privacy policy. In short, we keep them only as long as the conversation needs them and never add anyone to a list.
Before you write
The site itself might hold the answer already. The plain-English glossary covers the terms that come up most often, and topics we write about shows each section with a good first read. If you are looking for the people behind the articles, see the small team behind it.

Helping the right writer pick it up
Mention the article and copy the sentence your message is about. If a platform has changed since we wrote, a short description of what you now see on screen helps a great deal.
Please keep passwords, card details and account numbers out of your email. We never need them and will never ask.
